Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind (CGDB) is a charitable organization to provide Canadians with professionally trained guide dogs. My design contributions to the organization included conducting user testings by individuals who were blind, as well as the final website development.

The mapping out and design of the interface began with website wireframes. Once the client was satisfied with the look, the website was developed. Since the website gets a lot of traffic from visually impaired users, it was imperative that the website had no accessibility flaws. The website went through extensive user testing to ensure no semantic issues, and that the user could navigate the website with ease.

The previous website was outdated, was not mobile friendly, had accessibility concerns, and was hard to navigate too information. The Guide Dogs website was developed using HTML, CSS, and Wordpress to allow the user to update the website with no design or coding experience.
